Property Investment Survey
Dear KZNMPF Members,
You are reminded that the deadline for the returning of the Direct Property Investment Survey Forms is drawing close, 31-07-2021. It is extremely important that you fill and return this forms urgently in order to be counted in this much needed communication channel to our Trustees. Note that the forms are the important tool the board will use to know whether the suggested investment model is acceptable to the Fund membership or not.
So your response is very important to the Fund!
We also note the confusion this request may have caused to some of our members. The Property Investment survey is still a proposal, there has been no conclusion or product package put together for the members. We are still requesting guidance from the membership on the number of features they may want this project to have.

Siyanikhumbuza ukuthi umnqamla juqu wokubuyiswa kwamafomu enhlolovo yokutshalwa kwezimali ngokuthengwa kwezakhiwo ususeduze, 31-07-2021. Kubaluleke kakhulu ukuthi ugcwalise uphinde ubuyise lelifomu, njengelungu, ngokuphuthuma ukuze nawe ube yingxenye yokuxoxisana okudingeka kakhulu nabaqondisi besikhwama sethu. Yazi ukuthi amafomu ayithuluzi elibaluleke kakhulu elizosetshenziswa yibhodi labaqondisi ukwazi ukuthi loluhlobo lokutshala izimali luyemukeleka kumalungu noma alwemukelekile.
Ngakho ke impendulo yakho ibaluleke kakhulu esikhwameni!
Siphinde sathola nokuthi kunokudideka okudalwe yilesisicelo kwamanye amalungu ethu. The KZN Municipal Pension Fund requests that you, our member, take time to fill this Property Investment survey. The aim for this survey is to get the guidance from our members if the Fund can invest in securing property units for purposes of ownership by members.
